Sarah helped us buy our second property and the experience has been great for us. She was always very patient in finding potential properties for us, answering our many questions, and explaining the process. 1. Determined and Persistent: As a purchaser looking for a ideal income property in the Brentwood area with a limited budget, in a market as chaotic as it currently is, Sarah worked around the clock to get me the best possible condo at the best possible price.
2. Patient, Positive and Honest. If a property is not suitable for your purpose, she will tell you. If a property is not worth what it is listed for, she will tell you. She aims to get you a property that has a high return for your investment. Her encouragement, patience and honesty put my mind at ease through this entire process.
3. She has what I call a renovator's eye. She is very detail oriented and has the ability to see the potential of a property, which is why I found she's highly concerned with purchasing a good condo, in a great location. Even after the close she still offers her help and contacts with anything we needed such as an interior designer. This was nice to see as most realtors tend to disappear after the close.
